RETURN POLICY

Return Process:
You can send us an email to give details of your order.
      1. You must first contact the customer service team by email. Please contact one of our customer service representatives to request a return authorization and return instructions.
      2. Please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team
      3. Packages returned should be new and unworn, and they should be in the original condition when you receive them
      4. Please include a sheet of paper with your order number and email information
      5. Returns will be processed within several business days of receipt of your item Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification.
      Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take several business days to deposit funds into the account you use at checkout.
      Alternatively, we may offer to reprint (if applicable) and resend the item free of charge. Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a resend.
